Where our listings come from
Every company on warehouse.broker comes from one of two free public sources. Last refresh: Oct 25, 2026 — 7,767 businesses.
- OpenStreetMap, the free map of the world built by volunteers: named buildings and sites mapped as warehouses, distribution centers or cold storage. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL).
- FMCSA company census (U.S. Department of Transportation, public domain): companies with an active USDOT number whose name includes “warehouse”, “fulfillment”, “cold storage”, “3PL”, “distribution center”, “bonded” or “cross-dock”. We show the address and phone they filed with FMCSA.

We leave out places that only use the word “warehouse” in a store name (furniture, tire or liquor “warehouses”, outlets), self-storage, apartments and venues, and unnamed or generic buildings (“Building 4”). Service labels such as Bonded / FTZ, Cross-dock or Hazmat come only from the company name or map tags — always confirm services with the company. Some map entries are private distribution centers that don’t rent space. City and state come from the address, or from the nearest U.S. Census place when the address is missing.
Ordering
Lists are ordered by how complete the listing is: phone, website, street address and opening hours. It is not a quality rating. Paid placements never change the order.
What we never show
No invented reviews, ratings, prices or “in stock” claims. Our cost guide shows estimate ranges with the date we checked them — it is not a quote from any company.
Fix or add a listing
Anyone can add or correct a business on OpenStreetMap; FMCSA details are updated by the company on its MCS-150 form. Our list updates after the next refresh. Or tell us and we'll look at it.
